And the best thing is that it doesn't actually replace anything in the game files, it just creates new separate files that go into your mods folder and can be deleted when you don't need them anymore.
Basically, every line of text in game has its own number, and in s3pe you can create an override for those lines, you just need to find out their numbers ( here you can find a text file with numbers of career titles and descriptions, for example). S3PE is a very popular program used to edit and merge package files, if you haven't installed it before you can grab it here (free and safe, tested by a large proportion of ts3 community)! It can also be used to replace in-game text by editing STBL files (lines of text).
